Eric hat mal wieder einen sehr interessanten Beitrag auf dem FatDUX Blog gepostet: A method for quantifying user experience.
The basic problem is that discussing an experience – any experience – is highly subjective. And although others have attempted to set up metrics, we don’t always end up with particularly useful data.
